Rachael@majorfutures.com

With a career across global corporations, non-profits, and innovation-driven startups, Rachael partners with clients to design forward-thinking strategies that translate vision into execution.

She has held several roles at Amazon's corporate headquarters in Seattle, managing portfolios totaling more than $250MM in annual revenue, driving operational improvements across entire categories, and contributing to product development, international expansion, and advertising. During her MBA, she led high-impact consulting projects for Eli Lilly and IBM, working cross-functionally to deliver solutions to real-world business challenges. At Fred Hutch, she oversaw projects involving longitudinal oncology and smoking cessation studies, including compiling reports and recommendations for foreign health ministries.

Her work across varied industries and company sizes has equipped her to solve complex problems with agility, creative thinking, and measurable results. A deep understanding of consumer behavior and the psychology behind decision-making allows her to anticipate market response and design strategies that resonate—whether she's optimizing a product launch, refining go-to-market plans, or repositioning a brand.

Rachael earned her MBA with a focus on Strategy from IE Business School, a top-tier European university located in Madrid, Spain, and a Bachelor's in International Business from North Seattle College. She has lived in 4 countries and is multilingual; in addition to her native English and Spanish, she has an intermediate command of French, is learning Italian, and has a basic understanding of Japanese.

Some of Rachael's favorite activities include traveling, taking activity classes with friends (ideally accompanied with wine), hosting dinner parties, scuba diving, discovering new cities through running, petting all the dogs (and cats), and introducing her niece and nephew to her favorite childhood movies. She is also a major advocate of lifelong learning and continuous upskilling; her newest educational endeavor is in quantum computing."
