Katie Horwitch is a strategist, creative consultant, author, and executive mindset coach. She’s been featured on outlets like The Cut, mindbodygreen, and Livestrong, helped Fortune 500 companies reimagine their internal culture, and has been praised by CNN as a “woman empowering others around the world.”

Katie brings 10+ years experience helping leaders and organizations research, identify, and deploy their most elevated selves and agendas. She specializes in building the backbone of ideas so that no matter how the look of your brand evolves over time (and it will evolve over time), the feel, mission, vision, and heart stay as strong as ever. She’s helped new brands launch into the world, existing brands navigate the tricky yet vital intersection of who they and who they want to be, and executives become game-changing leaders. She meets each client with deep empathy, fierce support, and a highly individualized game plan — and is particularly passionate about helping women- and non-binary- led brands make their mark on the world.

In addition to her strategy and coaching work, Katie is the founder of
WANT: Women Against Negative Talk, a platform that gives women tips, tools, motivation, and inspiration to move forward fearlessly in their lives by shifting their negative self-talk patterns. Her debut book will be released in 2023 with Sounds True.

Quote:

"I used to fear hearing 'Who do you think you are' or 'You must be pretty full of yourself.' Now, I WORK at being full. I want to be so full I am overflowing. And what you see is a woman who is so full that I have enough to share with everybody else." - Oprah Winfrey
