Christie Smith has over 35 years of experience advising the C-Suite of Fortune 500 companies. In no small part, her career has been shaped by her upbringing as the youngest of 8 kids during a time of social and civil unrest. As a child, her parents instilled in her and her siblings a call to service and a responsibility to lead through their own distinct talents. With a doctorate in Clinical Social Work, Christie's purpose in life is to use hers to solve for humanity in the workplace.
Previously, Christie served as the Global Head of Talent and Organization at Accenture, a Managing Principal at Deloitte, and Global Vice President for Inclusion and Diversity at Apple. She is a highly sought-after speaker and thought leader on business strategy, leadership and culture, DEI, people analytics, and the impact of workforce technologies and AI. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Forbes, and CNN, and she has been recognized as a Top 50 Diversity Leader and in Fast Company’s Queer 50 list.
